Established in 2001, Qingdao Junzheng Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. is located in the prosperous and scenic coastal city Qingdao which covers an area of over 10,000 square meters of area (7,000 m² plant area) with more than 80 employees including 5 qualified engineers and 3 QC qualified staff. It has specialized in casting manufacturing for more than 15 years and has become a professional iron foundry which can provide production and processing of OEM orders, products R&D and after services service. Besides, our factory has already been licensed to export directly and legally from 2010.Product materials are mainly ductile iron (GGG40 – GGG70), gray iron (GG15 – GG30), etc. We have two sets of 0.5 tons electric furnaces with advanced equipment like CNC, NC machine tool, milling machine, drilling machine and heat treatment machine. The annual capacity could be 3,000 MT.
